The Full Story

Ryan and Allie began their real estate journey in 2019 and have been full-time real estate professionals ever since. With a background in architecture, Ryan has always had a passion for design, homes, and real estate. That passion eventually led to the creation of House of Max—and convinced Allie to trade her career in Speech Therapy for an adventure in real estate, entrepreneurship, and life together.

Over the years, Ryan and Allie have helped buyers and sellers navigate both traditional and complex real estate transactions. Their experience eventually led them into real estate investing, where they discovered a passion for finding unique opportunities and transforming houses into homes.

Today, House of Max specializes in real estate acquisitions, residential investing, and helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market. Whether it's a great location, a unique floor plan, incredible views, or simply a home with untapped potential, Ryan and Allie believe the right opportunity can be transformed into something truly special.

Our mission is simple: improve neighborhoods and create functional, timeless homes designed for modern living. We aren't interested in reinventing the wheel. We believe in respecting what works, improving what doesn't, and creating spaces where people can live, connect, and make lasting memories. Together, Ryan and Allie have helped create and transform more than 30 homes, along with pursuing a variety of real estate ventures and transactions across multiple markets.
